SOLD!
This is the bottle of sparkling pear juice that we were saving for the day we sold our Texas house. It sat in our cupboard in Texas, moved with us to Utah, and then sat in the cupboard here for months.
Congratulations! I know you are relieved but you also probably feel a bit sad about cutting your ties(property)to Texas. However, you will still have many friends and contacts there.
Congratulations! We are still waiting for our TX house to sell. Our realtor tells us that things are picking up, so we'll just hope and pray that our time to sell is soon!

Congratulations! I'll bet it was beginning to feel like that would never happen. I'm sure it's a great relief.
