Grandma Tibbitts' MTC Debut

Grandma Tibbitts was in town this week with an invitation to sing with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir at their weekly Thursday night rehearsal. She sang soprano next to my sister, Valerie. It was fun to be out in the audience and watch the choir rehearse, especially to see Mac Wilberg introduce my grandmother to the choir using a little biography that Val had written. I also realized that it was the first time I had listened the choir live since my sister joined in 2008.

And, of course, it was also fun to see TEC's parents, both veteran choir members, singing as well.
