This is one of the things I love best about visiting my Grandma's house in St. Anthony, Idaho.
This view. I love waking up to it each morning from any window on the back side of the house. Or admiring it from the back porch, like you see here...a photo (even a series of them stitched together) cannot capture it.
We spent the 4th of July weekend at Grandma's again this year with V and B. It just may have to become a tradition for us, I love it so much. I'll try to post more pictures and details later.

It is a beautiful place! I guess I took it for granted growing up. You have helped me see from a new perspective.

That is my favorite view too. The picture does not do it justice. Great job in stitching them together.
I agree with your mom. You don't appreciate it when you have it. And now that I live so far away, and we don't get to see it very often, I miss it even more. Sorry we weren't there this year to enjoy it with you. Sounds like you had fun and I know grandma had fun with you as well.
