...that's about he only line I remember from that Spinal Tap movie. Anyhow...
I'm just barely still on time to note SCC's 11 month mark. Usually I am a day late, but I don't think I'll get a chance tomorrow, so I better do it on time. I don't have a picture to go with this post, but we have a fun weekend planned and I'll try to get a good one up soon.
Eleven months seems to be a weird age--it's just too darn close to 1 year. Today I started thinking about all the things that come with the 1-year mark--honey and eggs, mostly...but also things like being done nursing, forward-facing carseats, more complicated mealtimes, etc.--I can't believe we're almost to all of that.
SCC is a lot of fun these days. She is seeming to be growing up. The other day we were playing by RVC's kitchen and with all the play dishes. I took a fork and was pretending to take a bite. SCC then took a "bite" with her spoon. She smacked her lips a little and even laughed after, as if she knew she was being silly. It was the first time I had seen her pretend like that...and I must admit that I got a little bit sad to think that she's not really a baby anymore. She continues to "walk" around the house with push toys, laundry baskets, etc. Every now and she stands on her own and looks like she's about to take a step...but we're not quite there still.

Isn't this a great way to keep track of their progress? :) They do grow up way too fast!
Happy "Eleven", Sarah. I can't believe she is almost one year old! She is such a happy child--she reminds me of Tracey. Maybe it is the 3rd child syndrome.
