RVC turned 4 yesterday. We had preschool at our house, so after learning a few things about the letter T, we had a little birthday celebration complete with purple cupcakes. Later, we played almost a full game (ran out of steam) of Chutes and Ladders with Bela from next door, followed by more cake...
It turns out that turning 4 means a lot of things. "Now that I'm 4, mom, ..." was a common phrase yesterday. My favorite was, "Now that I'm 4, I'm going to do just what you say, right when you say it." Wow! I decided I probably shouldn't hold her to that one.
